CYD Consulting, established in 2024, is a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) and Local Small Business Enterprise (SBE) founded by a team of highly skilled Construction Management professionals. While the firm is newly established, its leadership and key staff bring extensive hands-on experience, having played pivotal roles in managing and delivering complex infrastructure projects. 

Our leadership team has successfully collaborated with prominent agencies, including Metro (Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority), Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), various municipalities, Caltrans, and large private-sector developments. These experiences reflect a team that is not only well-versed in Construction Management, but also deeply understands the expectations and level of service required to successfully represent and deliver for our clients. 

Within its first year of operations, CYD Consulting was awarded a role on the Construction Management Support Services contract with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority—an early achievement that underscores both the strength of our team and the confidence clients place in our capabilities.
